Usage:
1) Upper limbs exercise:
a) Hands both catch the Magic ring for fitting it in the front of breasts, the
elbows exert inwards
b) The handle need withstand the waist for parallel to ground, exert inwards,
keep this state around 2 seconds,and then react. Not only good for the
upper limbs,but also for the belly
2) Thigh strength exercise:
a) With your feet in floor,lift up head, and lying upside when youe feet are
escorted to the center hard inwards,keep it in 2 seconds, Repeat as above
b) Sit on the chair with both leg puting into the MAGIC RING, the thigh ate
vertical to the MAGIC RING and exert forth, Keep it in 2 secongs when
exert, please repeat as above.
3) Back, upper limbs strength exercise:
Lie on your front. Rest it on your buttocks in a vertical position. Place both
of your arms gently on the top of the Magic ring. Lift your head and raise your
legs keep the whole body straight, At the same time push down on the Magic
ring. Hold at the top for 2 seconds, Repeat.
4) Back Strength exercise:
The MAGIC RING is vertical on the floor, escort it by your feet, draw the
MAGIC RING up, keep this states in 2 seconds in the exerting. Repeat as above.
